        • B-H11-CAG-Luc flox mice were bred with Cd4-Cre transgenic mice, and luciferase expression was detected in the spleen, lymph nodes, and blood.

        Bioluminescence imaging (BLI) analysis

        Mice were imaged 10min after i.p. injection of 150mg/kg D-Lucifenrin potassium salt using IVIS Lumina LT Inst Series IIIimaging system.The mice in group G2 exhibited significant bioluminescence.The spleens, lymph nodes and blood of mice were respectively imaged. The G2 group and G4 group mice showed significant bioluminescence in the spleen and lymph nodes, and the G2 group mice also exhibited obvious bioluminescence in the blood.
